III. Guild Presents

Weekly Activity Awards
Our Guild Presents policy is intended to be uniform across all of our guilds. we issue out guild presents once per week on Mondays. If you get a mark of distinction ("mark") for guild activity, you get a guildmasters present. Easy, right? If there are not enough presents, we'll award them to each person who got a mark in order of activity. Banked awards, which we describe next, are issued out to everyone in the guild. 

★ Activity, not titanite, generates the creation of guild presents by the game. 
★ We award each mark for activity with a guild present, not each mark for titanite. 

What about any remaining presents?
There will often be more presents than just those we issue for activity marks. When activity reaches the Tier 3 & Tier 4 awards pictured below, presents achieved for reaching these tiers are banked by the guild until Monday. 

Once we issue one present per activity out to members, we then issue the remaining presents one present at a time, starting at 1st place in Activity, and proceed down the list (2nd place, 3rd place, 4th place) until we reach the end of the list of eligible members. Once we reach the end of the list, we return to 1st place and start over going down the list of eligible members.

For Guild Activity, the game has 4 tiers of awards. You can see the checkmarked "tiers" below in activity at 12500 (Tier 1), 27500 (Tier 2), 45000 (Tier 3), and 65000 (Tier 4). 

Waiving Activity Awards If you would like to waive guildmaster's presents for yourself, just notify your GM via PM to discuss it with him or her.
