V. Signet Assignments

Signet Assignment
Signets for Guild Champions are re-issued every Sunday evening, after the weekend's event concludes. Normally, signets are assigned by the GM, not the generals. The only occasions upon which a general will assign a signet is due to an emergency. 

We review the roster after the weekend event ends, and then issue signets based upon the member's teams at that time. There is no such thing as a "permanent guild champion", and every week a guild member has a chance to move up, or down, the roster.

Signets are generally set for the entire week, barring substitutions for planned absences. We do not like to rotate guild champions throughout the week, and rarely do except when needed for absence-related reasons. 

Discord Requirement for Guild Champions
Our Discord server is mandatory for all guild champions in all progression guilds. 

Every Member's Responsibility
We do not message you to inform you that you are a guild champion. It is YOUR responsibility to check each and every day to see if you were assigned. We sometimes assign a signet late at night the evening prior due to an absence or unexpected circumstances. 

Never assume that if you were a Champion on Friday that you are one on Monday.
