IV. Absences & Missed Attacks

Whether you are a guild champion or not, all absences are to be reported to the #absences channel of our Discord Server. This is for everything from "I may only be able to do guild war attacks and not dailies" to planned absences or even unplanned/unexpected ones. 

Never tell one person something that multiple people need to know
There is only ONE official place to report your absences, and that is in the #absences channel. 
Do NOT PM an officer, message on Facebook, message on Discord, or post it anywhere else - that doesn't count as giving the correct notice. 

Our preferred deadline is 9 PM U.S. Pacific Time the night before an absence.

Miss your attacks, lose your signet
If you miss attacks, we automatically strip you of your signet. We don't know whether it's a family emergency, or you are hospitalized, or you just didn't feel like making attacks that day. We don't take any chances. The only way to be reinstated as a guild champion is for YOU to contact the GM and explain your absence. If it's a satisfactory excuse, you may be reinstated. 

★ GMs handle signets and the Generals only direct the wars. Generals can not reinstate you. 
★ A second offense of missed attacks without notice / excused absence may result in removal from the guild.
